The 41st International Manufacturing Conference
4th - 5th September 2025
IMC41
Intelligent manufacturing: Skills and technologies for factory of the future
IMC41 - Conference overview
IMC41 will provide a forum for professionals from academia, industry and government to network on major developments in manufacturing engineering research and education. The theme for this year's conference is "Intelligent manufacturing: Skills and technologies for factory of the future" however, the scope of the conference is extended to cover all aspects or manufacturing research and education.
To facilitate those travelling long distances, we are hosting a flipped conference schedule on the 4th and 5th September 2025. Starting with a technical session at 2pm on the 4th September followed by a conference banquet that evening. The plenary sessions will begin at 10am on the 5th September, followed by technical sessions until 4pm.
The IMC membership is unique in its affiliation of academics involved in manufacturing engineering education and research from Universities, Colleges and Research Centres throughout the island of Ireland.
Proudly hosted by University of Limerick (School of Engineering).
